The United Property Owners of  the 8.5 Square Mile Area, Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit association.  Its goal is to preserve the unique quality of life that exists in our community. 

Preserving the delicate balance between our  environment, urban areas and agriculture is a critical task. 

We want to cultivate the important farming community and nursery businesses that are vital to us and the American Hispanic population which makes up the majority of its residents, as well as our neighboring communities.
